A rare focus was placed on air quality and non-toxic materials—something you almost never find in a vacation rental. All flooring is GreenGuard Gold certified, wall paint is zero VOC, carpet and furnishings are Prop 65 compliant where possible, and mattresses are all-natural with CertiPUR certification. It's a home you can breathe easy in.
Inside, a vaulted living room ceiling and generous windows fill the space with light and mountain views year-round. Three leather reclining armchairs and a leather sofa face a gas-insert fireplace and a 65" Sony smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer—and every bedroom has its own new Sony smart TV.
The chef's kitchen features a large island, an induction stove, convection oven, beautiful quartzite stone countertops, and is fully stocked with everything you need for a fancy meal—the dining table expands to seat 8.
The primary bathroom offers a deep soaking tub with a bay window looking out into the pines. Out back, the deck opens to mountain views; out front, the deck faces the Knolls Trail where neighbors walk their dogs to the trailhead—a 5-minute stroll away, with The Village gondola, shops, and restaurants the same 5 minutes in the other direction.

"We stayed at this wonderful home for two months while our condo was undergoing major repairs. At 7/8 months pregnant and with a toddler in tow, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a delightful staycation. The home is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We loved spending time on the front porch and back deck, especially during the warm summer evenings.
